[A fizzle of noise, and then the screams of some likely horrific manner from his company in the room. Yuugi didn't bother turning on the screen, because his faces wouldn't help anything, and a distressed pokémon would likely cut in in seconds.

So there's just one frazzled Yuugi talking.]

Hello? Is- I should just go to a doctor, but. Is.

[What can he ask? This, can't be normal, and he doesn't expect much. But, he can't just keep trying to find answers on his own! Nothing's waking Bakura up, and sitting here by him or keeping his pokémon off isn't helping.

And neither does his growing question of, whether this proceeds, a Johto exit.

When a horrid screech comes from his company - likely heard all the way on the street, at that, drawing attention to the house - he jolts back.]

[He traces one of his markers down his cheek with his finger.] The markers store the data on the criminal and allow to track 'em down with computer program. 'S not that hard to temporarily jam the signal, though. [A shrug.]

As for me... [Crow gives him a slightly sheepish smile.] 'S mostly for burglary and theft of public property. [Big words, big words.] And maybe for assault on officer? ... And maybe criminal contempt or something like that, I dunno.

[A pause, in which he taps his chin thoughtfully.]

... Maybe I should read my file when I get home.

[...Yuugi's not sure what to say... But not for the crimes! Stealing, and fighting with the police? However bad that is, he's ~~living with~~ faced worse.

I don't think we have technology to pull stuff like that off. Plus, there is still some claim on letting go of crimes served... Mostly.

But- Can you really access your own file? For more than just basic stuff?

... Depends on the crime, but I think it's pretty common to take away one's right to make livelihood within the jurisdiction of Neo Domino City and send them to prison for a while.

Still, we've been given citizen rights after the completion of the Daedalus Bridge, so.

That sounds more like what I'd expect in my Domino, but I wasn't sure what to assume.
